In many cases Dr de Souza will ask you to phone for your child's pathology and x-ray results. There will be times when Dr de Souza will need to discuss the results with you face to face. You will be informed when the tests are ordered, what is appropriate. Please ensure that you make known to yourself the results of all tests, don't assume them to be normal.

Dr de Souza prefers to return telephone calls when he has time between patients, so as to ensure privacy. We do not leave messages on answering machines. We attempt to return phone calls as soon as possible.
