Dr de Souza charges fees which reflect the true cost of providing proper medical care. We  ask for full payment at the time of consultation. The Medicare rebate can be immediately claimed at the local Medicare office,  38 Berry Street, Nowra or for your convenience, we can arrange for the Medicare rebate to be credited back into your account. Simply bring along your bank account details for registration.
